Sustainably and organically farmed
Adega Eidos is a family-run winery that has grown Albariño in Rías Baixas since 1993. Located at the southern end of the sub-area “Val do Salnés” on the foot of a hillside called “Padriñán” it was in 2000 that they started bottling wines from this food-friendly indigenous Spanish grape, so popular with UK sommeliers.
