Organically farmed Tempranillo grapes are used to make this natural wine.
The criteria is minimal intervention to obtain the purest expression of the grape, and no sulphites are added.
TASTING NOTES
Dark intense purple with blackish tones
Clean aromas of ripe black cherries, plums, violet flowers and thyme.
Chewy tannins and mouthwatering acidity on the palate, with mineral character and intense vibrant fruit.
