Most of the vines that make the grapes for this wine are grown on the “premiere côte» which has excellent sun exposure to ripen the grapes and drainage for the rain water. The grapes are fermented in a “semi carbonic” way, which is to stay shielded from air and in an environment of carbon dioxide, making it possible to obtain more elegant and fruity aromas.
