Loire Valley, France
From low yielding vines comes this crisp and aromatic white, good enough to give most Sancerres a run for their money. The majority of the vines are planted on the “premiere côtes” area with a beautiful exposure and important slope that allows good drainage of rain water.
This wine is aromatic and fruity, dry but supple. It is a good match with shellfish, fish, charcuterie and asparagus. Serve chilled and drink young.
